environments - 2012

Environments is an experimental ensemble from Bucharest, Romania. It is primarily the project of Stefan Panea, who single-handedly composes all of the core arrangements. His arrangements are then disfigured, enhanced and re-recorded live with Alex ‘Para’ Ghita (drums) and Marius Costache (effects and noise).

Environments "Fraktal" album details & new song stream

Romanian ambient trio, Environments, will release their third album, entitled Fraktal, on March 16th. Building on their previous work, the new material takes their blend of slow rhytms, repetitive drum and piano figures and beautiful and meditative ambiental parts even further and expand it with minimal guitar bursts and freely phasing drones.
